The change that Khloe Kardashian did will probably make you wanna go to the gym and start working out on that beach body of yours (the summer is just around the corner).
Lately Khloe launched a TV series about weight loss, Revenge Body. She is helping people to get their ‘dream’ body in order to show it to the people that didn’t believe in them or hurt them.
There is no doubt that self and body image are important things, especially if the capability feeling achieved after hard work and change in dietary habits, in order to live a healthier life.
That’s exactly what Khloe did after she experience a hard and highly mentioned on the media breakout. Khloe turn to the gym to channel her bad energy, change her diet, and the result was 18 kg less (40 pounds).
